Data Deletion Instructions
If you have interacted with Blue Peak through Facebook or any Meta platform, and you would like to request deletion of your personal data that we may have received, please follow the steps below.
We do not store Facebook account data. Blue Peak does not use Facebook Login. Any data received via Meta platforms is limited to anonymised ad interaction data. You may still submit a deletion request and we will confirm and remove any associated records within 30 days.
How to Request Data Deletion

Send us an email
Email us at with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request". -
Include your details
Provide your full name and the email address associated with your interaction with us, so we can locate and remove your records. -
We confirm and delete
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once done.
What Data We Delete
- Your name, email address, and company details submitted via our contact form
- Any enquiry or demo request records associated with you
- Any ad interaction data received from Meta platforms linked to your identity
Alternatively — Delete via Facebook
You can also manage or remove data shared with third-party apps directly through your Facebook account:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login
- Click "Apps and Websites"
- Find Blue Peak and click Remove
